Download Open Yahtzee
Open Yahtzee is a cross platform game, and works on Windows and Linux. Please choose bellow the download that is suitable for your platform.
Windows
- It's suggested you uninstall previous versions of Open Yahtzee before installing new one.
Portable Edition
Open Yahtzee PE is a version of Open Yahtzee for Windows which is suitable for thumbdrives (USB sticks), and doesn't require installation.
Linux
For some of the Linux distributions, the packages are for an older version of Open Yahtzee. Updated versions of the binary packages will be released as soon as they are ready. If you can help prepare packages for the different platforms it will be highly appreciated.

Open Yahtzee can also be installed directly from the official portage tree. It's located under games-board/openyahtzee.
RPM
RPMs are available for both 32bit and 64bit systems.
- 32bit: OpenYahtzee-1.8.1-1.i386.rpm
- 64bit: openyahtzee-1.8.1-1.x86_64.rpm
DEB
DEBs are also available in 32bit and 64bit versions.
- 32bit: openyahtzee_1.9.1_i386.deb
- 64bit: openyahtzee_1.9.1_amd64.deb
They were prepared for Ubuntu 11.10, but may work on other debian based distros. Source package:
Slackware
Slackware packages are only available for 32bit environments.
Source Code
Source code package can be downloaded is available in openyahtzee-1.9.1.tar.bz2. Installation is straight forward:
./configure make sudo make install
You can also get the latest source code via the git repository: [git clone git://git.code.sf.net/p/openyahtzee/code]
